Jolanta Filipek

Jolanta Filipek is a Chartered Financial Planner (CFP™) . Twenty-five years ago she left Poland for the UK with one ambition: to see the world. More than 40 countries later, from Guatemala to Nepal, she's still travelling, and she believes that's exactly what good financial planning should make possible. Her route into the profession was anything but standard. In the 1990s she worked as a couture seamstress for Tomasz Starzewski, whose clients included Diana, Princess of Wales, before founding her own business bringing baby swaddling blankets to the UK market. Today, alongside advising clients, she runs webinars and events helping women build confidence with money, and hosts a LinkedIn book club on finance and the psychology of money."
